You have three options to starting your claim. You can either complete the claim form provided below or you can claim with one of our advisors on 0121 373 7777. The third option is to download, fill and send the claim form found in the  'Types of claims' pages on your left. Choosing this option will help speed up the process, as you would have provided much of the detail we would require from you, whereas the first two options may require us to call you for further details.
